The Silicone Pouch comes with a carabiner so you can convert it into a hands-free wristlet. To add the carabiner, push down on the lever, then slide it through the signature O logo cutout in the top corner of the Silicone Pouch. Once the carabiner is on, clip it directly onto the clasp of your Big O® Key Ring.
