Returns & Exchanges

10-Day Return Policy (Online Purchases)

At My Filosophy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. Regular-priced items purchased at myfilosophy.com may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other service charges.

All returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with all tags attached

  • and in original packaging (when possible)

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear & lingerie

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Sale / clearance items

Any exception to this policy must be approved in advance by My Filosophy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to be processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly assist with a replacement or credit where appropriate.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@myfilosophy.com with your order number and details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returned items must be securely packaged and include:

  • a copy of your packing slip, or

  • your order number, billing name, and address

All return shipping costs and any applicable duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an error was made on our part (incorrect item or damaged merchandise), return shipping and replacement shipping will be covered by My Filosophy.
