A more personal way to shop.

At My Filosophy, we’ve designed our hours around how our clients truly shop today — with focused open hours, flexible appointments, and real-time updates when we’re in the store. This approach allows us to offer better service, more thoughtful fittings, and a relaxed, unrushed experience, while still giving you multiple ways to shop with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our hours, appointments, and how to visit.

What are your store hours?

My Filosophy is open:

  • Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

These hours reflect when our clients love to shop most and allow us to offer a thoughtful, well-curated in-store experience.


Do I need an appointment to shop?

No. Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular open hours Thursday through Saturday.

Appointments are recommended if you’d like dedicated one-on-one time, a bra fitting, or personal styling — but they’re never required during open hours.


Are you open outside of these hours?

Yes. Sunday through Wednesday are available by appointment.

We also offer appointments outside regular open hours on days we are open, including:

  • Morning appointments starting at 9:00 AM

  • Evening appointments after 5:00 PM

Appointments are ideal for bra fittings, personal styling, gift shopping, and wardrobe refreshes.  If you don’t see a time that works in the calendar, please reach out — we’re always happy to check availability and accommodate when possible.


Can I still pop in without an appointment?

Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular open hours Thursday through Saturday.

In addition, when I post on Instagram Stories that I’m in the store on other days, I’ll always share a specific timeframe. During those posted times, the doors will be unlocked and casual walk-ins are welcome.

Pickup Policy

Order pickups are available during regular studio shopping hours, Thursday–Saturday.

Appointments booked outside these hours are reserved for personal shopping and styling experiences.


What if you’re in the store outside regular hours?

When I’m in the store for behind-the-scenes work — steaming, merchandising, or preparing new arrivals — I’ll post specific open timeframes on Instagram Stories.

During those posted times, the doors will be unlocked.

Outside of those Story-posted hours, you’re always welcome to:

  • Send a DM

  • Book a private appointment

  • Email us


How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by:

  • Calling or texting the store

  • Emailing us

  • Booking through our website

If you don’t see a time that works in the calendar, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist based on our availability and scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that time to another client.


How long is an appointment?

Most appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, depending on your needs.

If you’re booking for a bra fitting, styling session, or personal shopping, feel free to let us know so we can allocate the right amount of time.


Are appointments private?

Most appointments are private; however, there may be occasions where another client is finishing up at the beginning or end of your appointment window.

We always aim to provide a comfortable, respectful experience for everyone.


Do you offer fully private appointments?

Private appointments may be available by request, depending on availability.
If privacy is important to you, please contact us before booking.


Can I book a same-day or last-minute appointment?

Sometimes, yes — availability varies.

If you’re looking for a same-day or last-minute appointment, please contact us directly by phone, email, or DM and we’ll let you know what’s possible.


Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Of course. If you’re planning to shop with a friend or bring someone along, just let us know in advance so we can ensure the space is comfortable for everyone.


Is there a fee to book an appointment?

No. Appointments are complimentary.


Are your hours different during the holiday season?

Yes. During the holiday season, My Filosophy is open five days a week to make gift shopping easy and flexible.

Holiday hours will always be shared in advance through:

  • Email newsletters

  • Instagram Stories

Private appointments remain available throughout the holiday season for those who prefer one-on-one shopping or need a specific time outside posted hours.
