Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over the specified spending threshold (excluding Boxing Day promotions). We ship using a variety of trusted carriers.

Orders are processed and shipped during boutique operating days. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing, as courier pickups are scheduled around in-store availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are dependent on destination and carrier service. We are unable to guarantee delivery windows.

We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Local Pickup (Edmonton Area)
If you are in the Edmonton or surrounding area, you may select in-store pickup at checkout.
Pickup is available during boutique hours Thursday–Saturday or by appointment Monday–Wednesday. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST are processed the following business day, excluding holidays.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
