How Points Work
Points are earned on the pre-tax value of regular-priced, in-stock merchandise.
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, and promotional items do not earn points.
Points appear in your account within 14 days of purchase.

Reward Limitations
Our rewards are designed to be a meaningful thank-you, while still keeping the boutique experience balanced and sustainable.
Limiting rewards to 30% of your purchase subtotal allows us to continue offering high-quality collections, VIP experiences, and ongoing loyalty benefits year-round. Minimum purchase thresholds apply based on the reward value being redeemed. This helps us continue offering meaningful rewards while maintaining a curated shopping experience.
Point & Reward Expiry
Points never expire as long as at least one qualifying purchase is made within a 12-month period. Because the Filosophista Reward Program operates on a calendar-year basis (January 1–December 31), members must make at least one qualifying purchase during the calendar year to keep points active.
Rewards expire 12 months after they are redeemed (when points are converted into a reward).
Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

Welcome Reward Bonus
As a thank-you for being part of the My Filosophy community, members receive a 150-point Welcome Reward Bonus when joining Filosophista Reward Program
If you already have an email address on file with us, you’ll be automatically enrolled and your welcome points will be added to your account — no action required.
Tier Advancement & Annual Review
Members move up tiers immediately when the required annual spend threshold is reached.
Your tier is based on your total spend within the current calendar year (January 1 - December 31)
Tiers are reviewed annually at the start of each year to reflect the previous year's qualifying spend.
This approach allows us to recognize and reward your loyalty in real time, while keeping the program fair and consistent for all members.
PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotional perks, rewards, and offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the registered member.
Points awarded for social actions are limited to one-time completion per platform.
Gift card purchases do not earn points and cannot be purchased using rewards
Trunk shows do not accept rewards, points redemptions, or VIP discounts unless specified
My Filosophy may change program rules, tiers, benefits, or point values at any time
My Filosophy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the loyalty program at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to misuse of our reward program, abusive behavior towards staff, suspected fraud, or violation of our reward program Terms & Conditions

Q. How do I join the loyalty program?
Every customer is automatically enrolled in our rewards program — there’s no separate sign-up process.
To earn and track points, we simply need an email address on file.
If you shop with us in-store and haven’t shared an email yet, we’re happy to add it at any time and apply any eligible points to your account.
Q. How do I earn points?

Q. What is the Exclusive 10% Reward?
Available to Filosophista (Tier 3) and Filosophista Inner Circle (Tier 4).
Valid on one entire regular-priced, in-stock purchase of $200 or more before tax.
Not combinable with other promotions, events, or reward redemptions.
Issued annually and resets each calendar year.
Your Exclusive 10% Reward will be sent by email as a unique code. If you don’t see it, feel free to email or DM us and we’ll take care of it.
Q. What happens if I meet the spend for a new tier but not the visits?
This applies only to Filosophista (Tier 3) and Filosophista Inner Circle (Tier 4).
If the annual spend threshold is met but the minimum three (3) shopping visits are not completed within the calendar year, tier placement will be adjusted by one tier below the spend level

This structure is designed to recognize both spending and ongoing engagement, reflecting the relationship-driven nature of the Filosophista Reward Program.
Q. What counts as a 'shopping visit'?
A shopping visit means a day you shop — even if multiple transactions occur that day (such as trunk show preorders + in-store purchases).
One day = one visit.
Q. How do I receive by Birthday Rewards
Celebrate your birthday month with a little extra from us. You must enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel under the 'ways to earn' section.
Birthday perks vary by tier and may include
A birthday discount on one regular-priced item, or
A birthday discount on your entire purchase (select tiers), and
Double points on your birthday purchase (select tiers)
Birthday rewards and bonus points are applied manually to keep this experience personal and intentional.
Birthday rewards vary by membership tier. Higher tiers may receive enhanced birthday perks, including discounts on their entire purchase and double points.
Simply mention it in-store or reach out by email or DM during your birthday month to redeem.
Q. How long is my birthday reward valid?
Your birthday perk is valid for the entire month of your birthday. If January is your birthday month – your birthday is extended until February 15.
Your birthday reward is our way of celebrating you — if your schedule is tight, just let us know and we’ll help you make the most of it.
Q. Do all tiers receive birthday bonus points?
Birthday bonus points are available to Stylista+ members and above. Stylista members receive a birthday discount but do not receive birthday bonus points.
Birthday bonus points remain active as long as at least one qualifying purchase is made within a 12-month period.
Q. How do I get my birthday reward?
Add your birthday in our Loyalty Rewards widget on our website. Your discount for your birthday reward will be sent via My Filosophy.
Q. How does Double Points Birthday Perk work?
Filosophista and Filosophista Inner Circle members earn Double Points on their birthday purchase during their birthday month.
Double Points apply to regular-priced, in-stock merchandise
Double Points cannot be applied to the same item used with the Birthday Luxury Offer
The Birthday Luxury Offer may be used on one item, while Double Points apply to the remainder of the purchase. Members must advise at checkout.

A private after-hours appointment where a host invites their friends or coworkers for a fun shopping experience with you. It’s curated, stress-free, and feels like a boutique night out.

Q. How do I earn points by hosting a shopping party?
Hosting a shopping party is one of the most rewarding ways to shop with us — a private, elevated experience shared with friends, plus generous thank-you rewards.
Hosts receive 1,000 reward points for hosting a qualifying shopping party.
Earn an additional 250 points for each qualifying guest who spends $250 pre-tax on regular-priced merchandise during the party, up to a maximum of 1,500 additional points.
A minimum of four qualifying guests is required for host rewards to apply.
A qualifying guest is someone who spends $250 pre-tax on regular-priced, in-stock merchandise during the shopping party.
If you’re gathering two or three guests, we recommend booking a standard appointment instead — in this case, referral-based rewards would apply.
Q. Referral Bonuses
You can earn referral bonuses when you introduce a friend to My Filosophy.
Your friend receives $10 off their first qualifying purchase.
You receive 500 bonus points once the referral completes a qualifying purchase.
From time to time, My Filosophy may, at its discretion, award bonus points based on shopping behaviour, engagement, or loyalty.
Referral bonuses are not awarded on shopping party purchases.
Q. How do I earn bonus points for a Google review?
Leave a Google review and receive 100 points. Let us know by email or in-store. Bonus points are applied manually and available once per customer.
Q. What if I have multiple profiles
Contact us and we will merge your profiles and your points!
Q. What does “First Access to Appointment Bookings” mean?
First access allows members in our top two tiers to book appointments before they are released to the public for select events.

Eligible members will receive early access by email or direct link prior to general booking.
Q. What does “Enhanced Appointment Access” mean?
Enhanced appointment access gives members in our top two tiers priority flexibility when booking appointments.
If you don’t see a time that works in our online calendar, you may email or DM us to request an appointment outside the publicly available booking schedule. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling, but we’re always happy to try to accommodate when possible.
Q. Are these benefits available to all members?
No. First access to appointment bookings and enhanced appointment access are exclusive benefits reserved for Filosophista’s and Inner Circle.
