• HOW DO I INFLATE HOLIBALL®? 

Remove Holiball® from its packaging, unfold, and follow three easy steps:

1.) Insert the tapered nozzle of an electric household pump or the Holiball® Fast Flow Inflator into the inflation hole. 

2.) Engage the pump and inflate until firm, or use measuring tape to check the diameter.

3.) Insert the HoliPlug firmly into the inflation hole.

4.) Add the Holiball® or Holibell™ Topper for an ornament look. String the HoliRing wire through the hole at the top of the Topper and twist to lock in place.
  • CAN I INFLATE HOLIBALL® BY MOUTH OR WITH A HAND OR FOOT PUMP?

DO NOT INFLATE HOLIBALL BY MOUTH. Hand pumps and foot pumps are also not recommended. Use an electric household pump with a tapered nozzle and a psi of 1.2 or greater, or the Holiball® Fast Flow Inflator.
  • CAN I INFLATE HOLIBALL® WITH HELIUM?

 No, helium is not recommended for inflating the Holiball®.  
  • HOW DO I USE THE HOLIBALL® TOPPER AND HOLIBELL™ TOPPER?

Once Holiball® has been inflated and the Holiball® Plug has been inserted, string the Holiball® Ring wire through the hole at the top of the Topper. Twist the Topper to lock in place.
  • WHERE CAN I DECORATE WITH HOLIBALL®? DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

Holiball® goes just about anywhere! Hang from trees or stake to the ground for fun yard decorations, or arrange indoors any old way. 

Each Holiball® comes with a Holiball® Hanger Plug and the Holiball® Hardware Kit, with easy to use ground stakes, a tethering ring, a suction cup with 3M Adhesive, and 12 feet of monofilament. (Holibell™ does not include the Holiball® Hardware Kit.)

  • CAN I ADD DECALS TO HOLIBALL®?

Absolutely. Use outdoor vinyl decals are perfect for Holiball®. Tailor decorations to match holiday, birthday, and party themes.
  • CAN I FLOAT HOLIBALL® IN THE POOL?

Absolutely—add weight and they float on their own! Apply the included 3M Adhesive to Holiball® and attach the included suction cup. Hook a carabiner to the suction cup and you’re good to go.
  • HOW DO I KEEP HOLIBALL® FROM BLOWING AWAY OUTDOORS?

Using Holiball® as a yard decoration? Use the ground stakes, included in your order’s Hardware Kit. (Holibell™ does not come with the Hardware Kit.). However, high winds may still dislodge Holiball®. Take care to bring Holiball® inside during inclement weather.
  • HOW DO I DEFLATE HOLIBALL®?

 In three easy steps! 

1.) Remove the Holiball® or Holibell™ Topper (if being used) by twisting the Topper until the slot is aligned with the HoliRing.

2.) Pinch the Holiball® Ring and remove the Topper.

3.) Remove the Holiball® Plug and allow the air to release or gently push it out. 

 

  • HOW DO I STORE HOLIBALL®?

 After deflating, fold and roll Holiball® for compact storage. To ensure no color transfer, keep Holiball® in its original container or packed individually in a plastic container, bag, or wrap. Store in a cool, dry environment.
  • HOW MANY HOLIBALL® COLORS AND STYLES ARE AVAILABLE?

The Holiball® lineup includes the Holiball®, which comes in 23 colors, and the mini Holiball Sett There are more than 50 color, style, and size combinations to choose from!
  • WHAT SIZES CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

Holiball® comes in 18” and 30” diameter sizes.  Sizes can also be customized via full or partial inflation.  There is also a new mini pack - 8 inch for 3 of them.  
  • WHAT IS HOLIBELL™? HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM HOLIBALL®?

Holibell™ is the inflatable Christmas ornament that really rings—like a sleigh bell! Holibell™ is smaller than Holiball® (14”in diameter compared to 18” and “30 diameter varieties) and features an ornament-style pattern.

  • IS HOLIBALL® DURABLE ENOUGH FOR OUTDOOR USE? IS IT ALL-WEATHER RATED?

Yes and yes. Holiball® is the large outdoor Christmas ornament (and anytime inflatable yard decoration!) that’s made of an engineered polymer with UV-resistant coating. It’s all-weather rated from -20 to 120 degrees and won’t fade in the sun. Holiball® is rubber-free, so it won’t crack or dry out in the wind, cold, or heat. 

 

  • HOW LONG WILL THE HOLIBALL® STAY INFLATED?

Inflation is guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days.
  • WHY ARE THERE WRINKLES IN MY HOLIBALL®?

Temporary wrinkles are normal after storage and shipping. Inflate until firm and the wrinkles will disappear in about 24-48 hours. Light heat can help ease the wrinkles and also the sun. 
  • MY HOLIBALL® IS “STICKY”—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Holiball®’s UV-protectant may cause occasional stickiness. Clean Holiball® with warm soap and water or hand sanitizer. Its sparkly sheen will return in 1-3 days.
