Tannis Davidson had a vision.  Her vision was to create a boutique that she ultimately would have shopped at.  Tannis was born and raised on a farm outside of Lloydminster.  Her grad class had 17 people and she always knew she would be in the city.  She went to the University of Alberta to pursue her dreams.  She had a Canadian Studies degree with a specialization in Politicial Science.  She chose to take the corporate route and had a lucrative career in telecommunications.

"I wanted to open my own business by the age of 30" Davidson says, describing her unhappiness with her previous job in telecommunications.  "Retail was always in the back of my mind.  When I look back at my older journals from when I was growing up, first I was going to be a lawyer, then a judge, and then the first female prime minster.  After all of that, I planned to open up a little boutique"

Everything passes the Tannis wearability test.  She chooses all of the clothes for the store and has an eye for putting together wardrobes for customers of all shapes and sizes.

Her mission was to provide a store that provided the ultimate in customer service.  What has prevailed over the years - is Davidson's "filosophy" one of an open, comfortable environment and the return to a personalized shopping experience.
