Customer service - the way it should be

On a recent trip to pick up a v’day gift for my wife, Erin suggested that I purchase a subscription to Hanky Panky. Awesome! It came with a gift they selected From the store and the monthly shows up on time which my wife gets a reminder every month that I love her.
